My husband and I were in the store we purchased a bedroom set and when they were writing up the ticket the sales woman said that she would waive the shipping, we bought our furniture based on shipping being waived. The next day i received a phone call that they were writing up a seperate ticket for "$30" shipping, I was completely shocked. I called and spoke with manager Rene Kevin Norris whom was not helpful and would not honor what the sales woman had said to us, therefore not waiving the shipping fee. We cancelled our order this store does not honor what employoee's state to customer and us being new customers to this corporation was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this to ANYONE!!!
