County Resilient Flooring

I will never use County Resilient Flooring again. We hired them to install hardwood flooring in our living room and hallways and they did a poor job for installation. Along several of the edges, they did not install the flooring to the edge (not even the 3/4-inch strip was able to cover the gap). They did return to repair that. However, now less than a year after installation, the floor boards are coming up off the floor. We have called repeatedly to have it repaired and have not received a serious response. Now we have turned to the better business bureau and if that does not work we plan to go to small claims court. We hired County to support a small local business. If we had known it would have been such a headache, we would have gone with one of the chains (which quoted us a cheaper price as well).
