Professional, respectful, excellent communication, on time, clean up after work, no job too small or large, honest, 100% PLUS customer satisfaction. Hector and I discussed installing 4 recessed lights. I then decided to get 2. Hector did NOT try to convenience me to get the additional lights or inform me that there is a minimum fee and try to get more monies out of me. He charged me for 2. He installed a cool (blue) lighting tone to match the lighting underneath the cabinets. We had not discussed the different lighting tones. I was not fond of the cool tone. Hector immediately changed the lighting to a warm (yellow) lighting tone no fuss. Instantly my frown became a smile. Team goes above and beyond and sincerely want their customers to be happy. Team truly takes pride in their work, are very concerned on customers feedback in which is extremely rare these days. Don't think twice on hiring, you will NOT be disappointed!
