I had been eating there for a while because i heard the had the best pho,but it was not worth going with my last experiences.It was mother's day and the waiter brought my pho and my ice coffee,he spilled the coffe on me and started cleaning the table right away with a dirty rag that happen to also dip into my soup,when my husband brought it to his attention he tried to ignore the fact that he had done that and then said it's ok.My husband replied no it is not you need to bring out another because this is no longer good since your dirty contaminated rag when in it,the waiter replied ,i cant because we dont have no more in other words we have to eat that my husband said...we were so upset that we got up and said no way you run out,when he saw that we got up to leave all the sudden magically he said oh no we do have some stay...Hes actions where not honest and we where very dissapointed because we have been loyal customers since me and my husband where dating maybe about 8yrs going there every other weekend for them to not realize that i will not eat something that was just not ok to eat...so we left and will never go back...now we go to the other Vietnamese resturant called Thai Lai very good and excellant customer service there is also two resturants in prairie that are good,please dont waist your time with pho hoa,not clean and dont appreciate there loyal customers.
