Worst customer service and prorfessionalism ran by inconsprorfessionalism w/ employees switching in and out as people get ripped off like I was last year. Still awaiting a letter from the owner to amend my taxes it has been over a year &I have not recieved anything in pursuit of obtaining the tax money that was stolen. I did my taxes through "Carlos" who I found out wasnt his true identity after he added a dependent to my name and orders a prepaid debit card w/ $7000 in my name which I was told he kept and stole a long with 18 others all without my knowledge or consent. Fraudulent services are probably being done w/ client info and sold out of the establishment I suggest anyone who has filed with this no good company set up a security pin on their social security number and report any funny business. Never give business to owners who show you that the problems they cause you are irrelevant to their company. Ms.Wendy is by far the worst business owner I've ever dealt with, Stay Away!

I HAVE PREPARERD OVER 312 TAX RETURN FOR NO COMPENSATION AN 91% REFUNDS WAS RETURN ONCE THEY WAS ACCEPTANCE AN APPROVAL BY THE IRS

BY THE WAY I DO HAVE A PERSONAL LIFE .

AND ALSO I HELP CORRECTED 67 RETURN AND HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE ON A CLEAN SLATE WITH THE IRS. WHEN YOU RECIEVE THE KNOWLEDGE AN THE EDUCATION I HAVE AN HELPING PEOPLE GET LEGAL MONEY.

Still awaiting my "Rapid Refund" IRS said it was sent and now the office has been closed for two days.Shawnta Brown prepared my taxes and now is dodging all calls. Sounds very suspicious!!!! Trying to conact IRS now.

Still waiting on my so called rapid refund.

The owner is really nice her staff is hands on I will be coming next year she treats everyone like family keep up GREAT work Ms.Wendy
