Mitch the vice president came out to perform the sale, he uses high pressure sales tactics. Buy now and save but if you dont sign on right now the price changes. But his prices were decent and the product seemed equal to others. Later called front office about a concern/question and Marcy the president answered and instantly became aggressive, threatening my wife to be taken off the schedule and when my wife expressed her concern and wanted to cancel the business deal she was told good luck with legal fees. Absolutely the worst company either of us has dealt with. The only reason the deal proceeded was because they already had a portion of our money and we feared a total loss. After being rescheduled by them the project concluded a day late. So far one window has a considerable draft that was non existent on the old windows. I will never do business with this company again and will advise others to BEWARE!



Also, not sure I'd trust these reviews. Check Yelp and Angies List....those reviews seem to be very different.

Recently had my windows installed on my new house. Windows look great and Window Wholesalers did a wonderful job putting them in. I also dealt with Marcy with getting everything set up and the installers came and did the job quickly with no problems at all. Overall, great customer service, great price and definitely recommend!

They really do have great customer service... I agree that bad review HAS to be a competitor, because I delt with Marcy personally and she was great. And the guys she sent to put in the windows were there an extra TWO hours because of my kids getting in the way and they didn't complain! Great peeps!

A long story.. I own several rental properties and used Window Wholesalers years ago (2006 I believe)... Never had a problem with the windows they installed.. Like an idiot one of their employees gave me his card and tried (succeeded) getting my business on the side and I saved a few bucks... BIG MISTAKE!!... so I called Window Wholesalers up and made an appointment with Marcy to have someone come out for an estimate on another house.. Its funny Ive read a l lot of reviews about these guys and yes Marcy was tough, in fact she refused to send someone out to my house for a estimate after I started to ask her too many questions :) I think its a small operation and their profit is not HUGE so she gets a little irritated after all these years of dealing with people trying to get the cheapest thing out there (Just my opinion).. I am a live and live kind of guy (and I like to save a buck) so last Spring 2012 I called these guys up (Figuring she did not have my name on a black list).. Mitch came out and gave me a quote, i checked around and his prices were among the best..... since he did work for me back in 2006 and those windows were hassle free I gave him the job - 9 regular windows and a bay window... I paid an expediting fee (not sure if it was real but I needed it done very quickly) but in the end I was very happy with their work and would recommend them

We just finished our installation and I am very happy with the whole process. The installation guys were nice and friendly. The pricing was the best I could find in the area. Good expericene and highly recommend.

I found Window Wholesalers on the internet and was looking to replace several windows. I do not have time for a lot of small talk, I hire a contractor to do the job I can not do. I had a gut feeling about Mitch when first speaking with him over the phone. He just seemed like a guy that's real and honest. Kind of rare nowadays.



We talked about what I needed and we just seemed to connect and again there was a level of comfort that this guy knew his stuff. Long story short, all windows were done properly and I am extremely satisfied.

I own approximately 35 rental units in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region. I've worked with several contractors over the past 15 to 16 years on various projects. Can't remember how I happened upon Mitch and Marcy, but boy am I happy I did and already have plans to use them again.



Window Wholesalers replaced 22 windows and did so with perfection and precision. I explained to them from the very beginning that price is an issue and they assured me that they are extremely fair when it comes to cost and sure enough they were. Very pleasant to work with and again, I have plans to use them once again.

Mitch Bloch, the owner, was very curtious and guaranteed excellent customer service and waranty on all our windows. Don't let his charming personality fool you! After spending approximately $10,000.00 on my windows, I noticed that the caulking was coming loose. Luckily, I was getting more work done on the facade of the house so I wasn't worried as the general contractor agreed to recaulk for us. I started to notice that on windy days, the some windows in house whistled and hissed. Two of them being in my bedroom!



When I called to tell them that this was happening, Marcy, the customer service rep, started screaming and yelling over me. I couldn't even get a word in edge-wise to tell her that I wasn't looking to blame the company, I just wanted them to send a professional out to get me an opinion as to what might be causing this noice. She refused to listen to me and continued to blame this whistling on other things. After insisting I speak to a sane person, the phone was tossed to another rude person who told me that for a $85.00 service charge he would send someone out but not to expect to get anything out of it.



In all my years of owning my own business and being in retail, have I ever met a more rude group of people. Mitch promised that this company has been in business for 20 years and that they take care of their customers. I couldn't even get Marcy to listen to my complaint, never mind take care of it. They are basically raving lunitics who take your money and then feel they have the right to treat you like a piece of garbage. I'm so disappointed that I can't even get a simple request addressed. Furthermore, I am furious that they feel they have the right to blatantly disrespect their customers!

Great job to Mitch and his crew. 30 windows done and in a manner that is flawless. You will not find a better window replacement outfit in the entire delaware valley. ALSO, not only are they competitively priced
