Provided by YP.comDon't go without a receipt to exchange anything, even if you purchased there. They will not even give you store credit. My son purchased a Pandora Charm for me. Cannot find receipt. Already had the charm. They refused to even let me exchange it for another charm. Rude and Snotty. I will never return to this store!
