This place is alright .just manager sucks tells owners one thing then tells u another beware.please do a mold inspection before renting here.

The new lady in the office is far from disrespectful and has the worst attitude possible. She is FAR from professional. The owners refuse to listen to any complaints made by residents about her. The community is good but management is so poor and unprofessional giving even 1 star is a joke. I would give none if choice was available.

super clean..well managed safe park...a great place to retire or raise a young family..private.they even have mini storage available on site!

Nice enough staff. I live here now however nothing gets fixed in a reasonable time if at all . maintance man actually CAUSED more damage ripping trimming off wall ... I'm moving now if they try to charge me for their incompetence and lax attitude in completing work orders then it will go down to 1 star and will be much stronger in wording
