It has come to my attention as well as some of the residents at 201 E. Hurst St. that a Nathan Frakes has been working 5 months now making $15hr Mon-Fri. and only paying $40 in rent. How might I know you wonder. I was in his APT and was told, he was bragging about how that's all he had to pay in rent and that no one knows. But I tell you now more people then you think know about it. And is very upset ppm hasn't done anything about it. Its not fair we all have to work our butts off and pay a lot of rent when he gets by paying 40 a month. 500 a week he gets. Its also come to my attention that he just recently got joint cstody of them kids. that the mother had them all their life. How would he have gotten an apt there when it was just him and no kids. I have wrote to plenty more people about this. and wont stop till something is done. Its not right to the people who live here including myself have to work so hard and pay way more rent then 40 a month. If something isn't done about this im going hire up and hire after that. Cause this isn't right to me or to the residents here. Thank You very much! Also, will be calling DCFS because the way I and a few others have seen the way he talks to them boys is insane. And the way he lives. inside his apt. looks and smells like the dumpsters. Ill be calling them tomorrow. This will stop im not letting this sly by guy get away with whatever he feels he can get away with.
