I used GZ many years ago and was pleased with the service. I was working at the time and would leave the door unlocked for Tony. He took care of the problem and locked-up when he left. I recently had a problem with my washer and called him. He saved me $ by making an adjustment to the door and told me what to do if problem occurred again. I will and have recommended Tony and GZ appliance.

We called Tony (possibly aka Rocco) on 07/12/2014 who we have known for at least 25 years. We told him our refrigerator compressor was not working. He came to the house. He complained about where the refrigerator was located so we had to help him move it. The control panel was flashing 4. He pulls out the refrigerator pulls the plug out and puts it back into the outlet. The compressor starts. He did not test any part of the refrigerator. When he left the number 4 was still flashing. He said don t worry about it let it flash. When the refrigerator gets cold it will stop. The next morning the compressor stopped again. He charged me $54.00 for nothing. Since we have known him for a long time he could have told us to pull the plug out over the phone and let him know what happens. He used to be pretty good and he is a nice person but I feel he ripped us off plus we have known him for 25 years!! We called him and asked for a refund but he said no because you asked me to come over and check the refrigerator. True but he did nothing when he came over and my refrigerator is still not working properly. Then Tony leaves town for the weekend and leaves us without refrigeration. I guess money is more important to him then retaining old time customers. I had to get another repairman and be charged an additional $40.00 but at least he did much more when he came to my house. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. On 9/10/2014 Tony cashed the $54.00 check which was written on 7/12/2014. Stay away from this company
