I spoke with the first person that answered the phone and I was suppose to call the Oak Grove office instead of the 98hwy office.
This lady made me feel like a million dollars, talked to me like I’d known her all my life, took care of my insurance needs with a declaration of Insurance and just literally floored me with A+ customer service.
Even after a hard day at work and not knowing exactly what I needed, she was SPOT on!!!..After talking to her, I wasn’t sure if I’d even started my work day!!..Not sure what her pay is now but you better consider a raise soon!!!
SHE is the face of your business..not the agent!!!...SHE made an impression that will last a long time..Trust me, I’m a manager and If I could , I would hire her out from under you all in a heartbeat..just business!!
Thanks so much for an uplifting experience after a long day (and I’m sure she’s had one too)..let’s have a Tuesday toast!!!!🍻
