My Dad had asbestos and died from it and he was getting small checks every few months and since his passing my Mom hasn't received one dime and the only answer I get from this office is the asbestos are bankrupt and my Dad got pretty much all he was going to get before his passing I've ask for a breakdown on how much my Dad really did get and still haven't received that after a year so does this mean that these lawyers aren't receiving anything either, I don't think so!!!!
And when you call and ask because you sure don't get any updates on the settlement they act like you are bothering them for the minumus info you do get.
My Dad and others I'm sure thought that this law firm was going to help but I don't think they've done nothing for our family and my Dad was getting these few hundred dollar checks when he had asbestos but now my Dad has died from asbestos and it's on his death certificate and my Mom hasn't received a dime since his passing. For all that's looking for a asbestos lawyer please do some checking
