Haida Village Apartments prides itself on providing HUD subsidized, clean, safe, affordable housing for low/no income households. We offer two story, 2-bedroom townhouses (2-4 people) and 3-bedroom (3-6 people). Clean, modern units include: water, sewer, trash, appliances, garbage disposal, central AC, private sheds, grassy lawns, dead end street, off street parking, on-site manager (M-F), electric assistance (for those who qualify), on-site laundromat and children’s playground and 24 hour after-hour emergency maintenance. All adult applicants must pass criminal, credit and landlord background checks, fall within the low income guidelines and must be eligible to get electric in their own name. Applications can be picked up 24/7 at the front door of the office in the “help-yourself” box OR at the office during regular hours. Applications are housed first-come-first-served….
