I'm so sick and tired of this piece of crap landlord Alan Witte getting away with not fixing our busted windows,I can't bathe my kids at my own house cause the water gets super hot and burns us, there's mold in the windows and in the bathroom. Alan Witte has know about the rodents and pigeons in the wall roof article and there poop for over the years , we're 3 mo ahead on rent. We text you, call you,go to your office and tell you in writing what's going on then we turn you in to the building inspector but yet you want to kick us out and threaten and hit me and attack me infront of my kids???

Way high on labor. They charged $135 per hr for labor on repairs on my mother's hot tub. Get a solid bid in writing, especially if you are an elderly widow. Good work if you can find it. I questioned the clerk and he got all defensive, plus they didn't do everything they said they would. Do your research. I didn't realize hot tub repair is such a skill. Shop around.
