I have never had such an enjoyable experience in an automotive workshop as I did with K N D. Do not judge a book by its cover. when I was towed to the shop (very early one morning) and I saw where I was, I had my doubts. When they opened that morning, the first 2 people that showed up were extremely nice and polite. About 1 hour later, the rest of the crew showed up. All equally as nice and polite. The manager had been alerted of my emergency situation and told them to proceed with transmission problem on my truck.
I was making a 900 mile trip towing another small truck when I broke down. I still had 150 miles to go.
They used every resource available to get the parts required to repair my truck properly with no shortcuts. The owner kept me updated every step of the way and asked me questions during the process. I actually felt like I was in a specialty hospital with all the professional help available and a constant update of any changes, good or bad, during the entire surgical process.
They were willing to stay longer if it were to exceed their normal working hours if necessary to complete my repairs as long as it was not too late for their employees working on my transmission.
They completed my truck within normal working hours (not by much). I believe they had 15 minutes to spare.
I safely completed my trip home with no problems.
I want to thank David, his family and all the employees for being so helpful, nice & polite, and most of all so professional and helpful to me.
They all went way out of their way to make my stay there pleasant and productive.
I recommend K N D to anyone/everyone who requires any type of automotive service on any vehicle. The price of this service was much less than what I had expected. On this day, I definitely got more bang for my buck.

I finally found the best, honest, and trustworthy Mechanic Shop ...that gives estimates before working on my vehicle ..responsible price....the staff there are awesome I felt like they treated me with kindness and respect ..will be sending my family and friends there for sure..:) by the way car is running GREAT
