Disappointed with Customer Service and Treatment from "All About Organization" the "Owner and President".



After speaking with Tom several times, who is the owner of "All About Organization" to create a design for a closet to be installed in our son's bedroom; I requested that an employee come to the house to take measurements to ensure that the final plan would work before signing a contract and paying the 50% required down payment. I was shocked during our final conversation when the owner stated that he did not have time to send someone over and that the whole project was leaving a "bad taste in his mouth". The website for All About Organization clearly state that they offer a "free design consultation". He stated that he was offended that I asked him to explain the difference in pricing between two of the design quotes (previously sent to me via computer) and proceeded to hang up on me. After calling him back to indicate my dissatisfaction as to his unprofessionalism towards the customer, he replied that he has the right to not choose me as a client and told me to go find someone else to do the job. It worked, I am taking my business elsewhere and this story will be told 20 or more times over again. I am extremely disappointed in his lack of professionalism and insulted by comments that were directed at my character during the final conversation (even though I maintained composure and professionalism as a teacher and mother of three with children listening in the background).



To anyone who is considering using All About Organization; you may want to chose another company right away versus going through the same disappointment I experienced with this local business.
