Used boxed hair coloring, had to go back 3 times, had my hair colored black, and she could not get it. Fried my hair, had to get it all cut off! Told her I wanted my money back, she laughed and said no. Had a friend had her lil girls haircut, very uneven had to go to another place to fix it!!
