Recently, I found out that Pullman & Comley is controlled by key figures stemming from Governor Dannel Malloy’s administration. The crooked law firm led by James T. Shearin, has consistently been awarded state contract after state contract when they were not even the lowest bid in a system that was designed to save the Connecticut taxpayer’s funding. Pullman & Comley has a long line of activity that was not in the public’s best interest but since it lined their pockets with cash these money making schemes allowed funding to be transferred from the state to Pullman & Comley for arbitrary high amounts charged for work because Pullman & Comley knew what the outcome would be beforehand. James T. Shearin knew he could operate with an advantage over other Connecticut lawfirms, because of his connection with Governor Malloy and his Chief Legal Advisor, the former Pullman & Comley attorney, Andrew J. McDonald, who now does Pullman & Comley’s bidding as a justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court. Pullman & Comley has a long shameful history of preying on customers from outside the state of Connecticut.
