I have been going there for four years . I have tried other places and no one compares with the quality of products they use and the friendly staff

I have been getting my nails and eyebrows done at LA Nails for 3 years and pretty much they are very clean,they are not rude. Depending on who you get your nails and eyebrows done with, it will come out very cute. They have good hours being open on Sundays also and they have more than one location. I would not go any other place for my services..

I used to go there and thought it was fantastic until they got upset with ME for wanting a simple design. They could not understand what it was that I wanted, so I drew it out for them. They still didn't understand. Another customer also drew it for them and tried to explain it to them for me... they just got furious with me when I had them re-do my test nail 5 times, as it wasn't the design I wanted. That was the last time I went in there..If you wish to be made to feel like asking for a fairly simple and easy design is a crime... then this is your place!

I had a pedicure at this salon last week. First time I'd been there and it will be the last. The pedicure cost $25, which is normal in Hartford, but I was disappointed. I asked her to cut my nails short, which she didn't do. She also hurt me a couple of times when she was poking my nails with her instruments. The whole thing was over in about 30 minutes. A few days later I had to cut my nails again and this ruined the entire nail polish thing. All in all, a waste of my money and I shall not return.

I have been to numerous salons over the years and found this one to be my favorite. They're friendly, it's clean and the ladies (and gentlemen) work efficiently.

I have been going to L.A. Nails for 3 years now. Their service is beyond what you would expect and prices are more than reasonable in this economy. I recommend this nail salon to anyone who loves to have beautiful nails and wants to feel like they are chatting with girlfriends during their service.
