I just came in to buy a bed frame, but I left with a bar set haha. They also had this cool computer to see items not available in the store

I was helped right away by a gentleman who walked me through their showcase and recommended exactly what i was looking for.

Great selections to choose from. The floor models are also ridiculously cheap. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

Cheapest Mattress Prices Ive seen by far. Be sure to come here before you go to a big business and overpay.

bad customer service. i will never buy anything there again. call me at 7:30 am and said they were on their way when the deliver it was schedule to 11 to 3 pm. put the items on the room and don't assembly. try to reach no help. said they charge 75 for assembly but nobody told me anything. after telling them I was going to cancel they decided to charge me 50 dollars.

The worst customer service ever from
the owner. That guy will tell you to "wait a minute " but it would actually take him at least 40 min. We were told to come to their warehouse and pick up our couches , when we arrived - the stuff wasn't even delivered and we spent an hour waiting just for him to figure out the stuff is not even in . The owner only cares about your money . He told us we could get a refund but the refund is only " store credit" so he is not loosing in anyway.
We then went to their showroom and one of the sales rep. her name is Pam , gave us the couches off the show room which was very nice of her. The sales team tries to make

Going there to look for a bedroom set a few weeks ago and it took. A half hr for someone to help us and yes someone finally ask but she was still busy with someone else finally ask an orher person that wasnt busy at all if she ciuld help us and it was nothing vut attitu

Absolutely the worst service ever. I went to their store to buy a mattress. i was treated very rudely by an older muslim gentleman. i think his name was robert or robin. very nasty. will never go to that store ever again, and wish i had never even thought about it.

Worst furniture store, very unprofessional customer service. I ordered a bed and mattress from them, they called the day before to say the furniture would be delivered between 7:30 and 12:30. At 12:00 they called to say they noticed the mattress was damaged and would have to go back to the store and get another one. I waited another 3 hours then called the store and no one answered, I called the customer service number a woman answered but was very rude. It appears I was taking up her time from watching television. She said the phones in the store were not working but will call their cell and have them get back to me. She called me back after 10:00 p.m. to say the furniture would be delivered at 7:30 a.m. the next morning. Well I am still waiting for the delivery.

They have the rudest sale associates. Especially the one named Marilyn. She tells you false information. I do not know her personally just as a sales rep and she is the worst by far. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

MUCH BETTER QUALITY THAN BOBS. I BOUGHT A SOFA AT BOBS AND IT LASTED ME A YEAR. WHEN I BOUGHT IT AT IKASA, ITS LASTED 3 YEARS AND STILL GOING STRONG. I SWITCHED TO IKASA A LONG TIME AGO BECAUSE BOBS SUCKS.

This place is a rip off! They not only wanted to stay with my money after lying about having a certain item in stock only so I would give them my money but made it seem like I was the one in the wrong for wanting a refund. They had we wait for over a month promising me a table and chair dinette they didn't even sell anymore it was discontinued over 2 months before I paid for mine. They treated me like garbage, lied to me and thought because I am Spanish I would not know about getting my money back (which I paid for in CASH) because their store policy is no refunds only store credit. They never gave me anything for it to be considered a return so I called the state attorney for FREE and they got me my money back. I will never go here and anyone who asks me I will let them know how they treated people and how they rip off Hartford residents especially Spanish people!

Bought a living room set here. The sales person answered all our questions without pressure. Furniture was delivered and assembled as promised. Great service. Thank you

I've bought stuff from ikasa, and it is delivered on time, their products are great and from a good quality, their prices are not that expensive... and their customer service is really helpfull
