I went in for an acrylic take off and a new full set. After arguing and declining services i did not want, i was yelled at by the guy that was supposed to do my nails. The owner had the nerve to tell me it was because i requested him, and he was tired... I was leleft siting for almost 2 hour.
LIKE, EXCUSE ME!???
NEVER. AGAIN.

These people blatantly discriminate against minorities. I wish the city of Hartford inspect that particular nail salon...I think hey would find all sorts of health and safety violations.

Do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague.

California Nails salon despite the location. Lilly the owner nails design are the best I have seen. i have travel around the world and other states in the USA , and her nails design still come out on top. I have received so many comment, and many if my friends has change salon, and come apart of the Lilly family.
