I absolutely love my internet ...

I absolutely love my internet since Blue Zoom has taken over. I never have any problems. They have all new tech guys there that have been there about a year now and really know what they are doing. They answer questions for me that don't even pertain to my internet ie: my computer, virus protection and anything else. I can not say enough good things about this company. They are just a great bunch of people and will do anything to help ya even if it don't have anything to do with your internet. You should definitely use them before anyone else. They stand behind their promise and if you have any issues they will get them resolved!!

BlueZoom has been a great addition to my household! I had legacy and when the upgraded equipment came available to my area they came out and upgraded me! Great customer service and quick response times on service calls! Would recommend to anyone to have a free site survey done!

UNRELIABLE!

Just as unreliable as the old BURGIN WIRELESS minus the lead IT tech "jason" (who was not liked by myself or my staff either) I did not realize this when I signed up. But lack of reliable service is why I quit the original company. The problem here is these guys & gals are in WAY OVER THEIR HEADS and they can not deal with any problem that arises on their network . this is because they don't have any it guys capable of handling it, they have to farm it all out to contractors who" won't be there for a couple of days ". Right now they are fighting some network virus or at least that's the story on their facebook page & they have been doing this for over a week maybe I should be glad the internet is down so it can't transfer to my equipment.




At the end of the day they're unreliable, do not respond to request for help, and are difficult to get ahold of .

I would go with satellite over these guys even though it disappears with the heavy rain & is slower than theirs when it does work . it is still more reliable .

The level of expertise of this group of duds is below par in every respect!

Customer service: does not exist- rarely will answer phones but will leave a recording stating "we know there is a problem & we are working on it"

Follow through- promises ONLY! promissed service calls NEVER SHOWED promissed solutions - NOT YET Promissed internte (ok for first couple months but mine has been down most of a month now) However they did follow through on cashing my check!

Operating hours- They are open monday to friday 9-5 ONLY if you have an issue after that time or on weekends wait until the next business day and then you can let them know about it. If they will answer the phone. If you get them on the phone near 5 pm DO NOT HANG UP because as soon as you do they leave as soon as they hang up and all follow-up occurs next business day.

Tech support- EVERYTHING is someone elses problem and they take no responsibility for their problems and the "IT guy who can fix it will be here in a couple days"

My Background- I am a pay in advance customer (1 year payment gets 1 month free but a free month of no-internet is still no internet) maybe I am on my free month now and they will get the internet up and running when this month is over ;-(

summary- Get your internet somewhere else! ANYWHERE ELSE!

Very unreliable. Can't seem to fix the problems or don't have the money to replace bad equipment. Don't know what the problem is. At this time, I would NOT recommend this company. I am in the process of trying to find an alternative.

I had internet with this compa...

I had internet with this company when it was Burgin Wireless and dropped the service. I returned to give Blue Zoom a try and they have been GREAT!!! Their regular working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5, but they have a cell phone number on their answering machine which I have had to call once myself.

I've only had problems 1 time and they came out the very next day to resolve it. I am very pleased with the service I am receiving from BZ and the staff!

Soooo excited to have a rural internet provider that actually works!!! So much better then wild blue and hughes net!!! If you need internet in a rural area these are the guys you wanna get. They are great and have great customer service!!! You actually get the speed you pay for!!!
