Had the best experience I've ever had ato a dealership. My salesman Mikey was overly pleasant to deal with, didn't try to push a vehicle just to make a sale. Absolutely would come back and buy another.

Over all pretty chill place. Glad I finally found a place to buy a pretty nice truck. I'm actually buying a 2007 Dodge 3500 mega cab that seems to be what I'm looking for. This place seems be my last stop on my search for a truck. All I gotta say is thanks. Mikey Gonzales Jr. was our sales man and was good at helping and working out a good deal. I like how friendly everyone was to me and my family. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody in need of a great vehicle for a great price.

All in all not a horrible experience, but not a great one. I was going to rate them only one star, but that lady that did our paperwork was nice and was very good about explaining if we had questions about the paperwork. First off, there is no place to park, if you want to test drive something, they have to move three, maybe four vehicles and maybe even yours to get out the one that you're looking at. The vehicle that we went to look at was pretty clean, but definitely not detailed or anything. However, there were a few problems with the vehicle that they said they would fix. Only two of the three things actually got fixed, one of the two fixed, was not fixed the way they said it would be and the third had to be fixed the next day after we got it home, even though they said they had checked it thoroughly. I didn't leave this dealership feeling like this was some place I wanted to go back to, or recommend to my friends and family. It was all hunky dory, until it was time for you to do paperwork and then they just wanted you gone after you had signed that you would give them their money. Also, they don't keep the titles on site (which I understand) however, you have to wait three weeks, and if you email the lady that sends out the titles (Connie), you get a wordy response about how she sends so many titles out a week/month and it might go out today or tomorrow, and if she does say that she will "try" to get yours out today, there is also a little message about she is putting yours in front of someone else's and it still might go out today or tomorrow. She also says that the finance/sales people have nothing to do with the titles so basically it doesn't matter what they say in regards to how long it will take. Like I said, it was all super friendly when you're deciding to buy, they as soon as you sit down to do the paperwork, you sign it and you're out the door and they never talk to you again. “Oh yeah, and there is only one key, but you can get them made for like 80 bucks somewhere.” Would NOT recommend.

Great low pressure sales guys and very laid back dealership with really clean vehicles compared to some other dealerships I wasted my time going to. I ended buying a 2007 Honda Pilot from them and the paperwork was quick and easy I would recommend them if you're in the market for a good used vehicle.

The Bad: Do not deal with thes...

The Bad: Do not deal with these guys unless they have the exact car you want at the wright price, get a loan elsewhere, make sure you get the title. They are shady. Missouri law requires dealers to have cars inspected, and pass inspection BEFORE sale. They did not do this. Ours passed, but has cheap squealing brakes. They offered to bring paperwork to me to sign over lunch at work, failed to show. The title ended up getting returned to them (post office failure, not mine or JKB's), I took off work early to pick it up, and they failed to tell me they moved. It took over 20 minutes to get attended to when we first arrived, one guy was just talking to people rather than waiting on us, and we spent 2 hours in the office inquiring about a loan we could not get that day. The owner was hesitant to budge on anything, even potential repairs, and was defensive.

The good: the employees were nice, the price of our vehicle was nice. We like our vehicle, with exception to the brakes.

Would not go back. Get a loan before you visit. Be sure they are following the law, and know the law before you go in.

We appreciate your business here at JKB and are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. In response to your financing, most of the banks we work with do close by noon and if you did come in after that time we may not have been able to get financing information for you that day. We at JKB do not do the financing through our business, this is not a buy here pay here lot. We work with banks, we are sorry if the banks we work with to finance customers did not offer you an acceptable package, JKB works with customers to help get financing from other sources and personal banks. We also apologize for the wait you may have had, we are a small company and we do work with our customers in the order they come in. We do have all of our vehicles inspected when they arrive and again after any repair work is done before they are for sale to ensure they pass inspection and are road ready. If the brakes on the vehicle were making noise this does not necessarily indicate they needed to be replaced. If the brakes were making noise at the time of purchase we would have been able to replace them at our cost. Out title department does send all titles out first class mail and we do have delivery confirmation that the title was at your address in time to license the vehicle before the 30 day temp tag had expired. It was returned to us from the post office from failure to sign for return receipt. We appreciate your business and hope that you will give us another chance in the future. If there is anything we can do for you to help you feel better about your purchase please contact us at 816.380.2224. -JKB Auto Sales Team
