I currently live at these townhouses and would like to advise AGAINST moving here. The landlord is rude and is unwilling to work with me on payment arrangments. She has repetedly threatened me and my pregnant girlfriend with eviction. We have paid every month and before the next months rent is even due she starts with the eviction threats again. She has also failed to repair most of the items we have brought to her attention. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
