I attempted to shop for a mother-of-the-groom dress twice at this store. The first time I was shown to a room of dresses and left by myself. No one came back to ask if I needed help, had questions, or wanted to try on any dresses. When I left the store (after trying on nothing and asking none of my questions), I passed the front counter where there were several of the employees standing and talking. No one asked if I needed any help or even said goodbye as I left the store. Unfortunately, I made a second try to look at dresses a few weeks later. This time when I entered the store and said what I was shopping for, a younger employee pleasantly informed me that a large group had just been taken into the small room that housed all of those dresses. She said that she could take me to the room, too, but that it would be very crowded. I said that I didn’t mind waiting. At that point, an older lady who had been standing nearby inserted herself into our conversation and informed me that I would need to wait “45 minutes.” I then asked her about some dresses that I had seen online—they were all by one designer, and the website indicated that they could be purchased at Reflections. The lady quickly told me that I needed to look for those dresses at Fashion Gallery in Verona. From her tone and attitude, I felt that she did not have the time or interest in helping me look for a dress. This is definitely NOT the store to go to when you need a mother-of-the-bride or mother-of-the-groom dress. Don’t even bother stopping in here. The ladies at Fashion Gallery, Anna Joy’s, and Bridal Impressions are all much more helpful than this place.

The prices at Reflections bridal and prom are very reasonable which I was impressed with. Great store.

Reflections is by far the best place to find any kind of formal dress. The staff are great and the dresses are beautiful.

I highly recommend Reflections to anyone looking for that perfect dress. They have things for so many different occasions it is such an unbelievable store I cant say enough good things.

I just want to thank Reflections for there amazing job in finding the perfect dress for my new bride. She looked beautiful and was so happy with the service and help she received from them. I am so glad she was able to find such a great place.

I didn't have an appointment but when I showed up at Reflections they took me back anyway. They helped me pick out a variety of dresses and there was even room for my family to sit and see me in all the dresses. They were very nice and I was happy with the selections they provided.

The staff at Reflections were very attentive and helped me though the whole process. They have a great shop the atmosphere is very appealing which makes looking and trying on dresses more enjoyable.

I got to perform in a fashion show at Reflections, the outfits we got to model were beautiful and even though it was my first time in a fashion show I felt so comfortable.

Reflections really got to know my style while I was in looking for a dress. They pulled dresses that really fit my personality.

I got my wedding dress and my girls' bridesmaids dresses here and it was an awesome experience. The staff was so kind and did a great job making sure that it was a positive experience.

Very friendly and welcoming environment when you walk in the door. Individual attention was great. They have a wide range of styles but also budget friendly. I would recommend Reflections to anyone for their wedding dresses. was referred there and was very happy with the whole experience.

Please go to Reflections for any prom, bridal or pageant needs. A friend of mine had visited the store of their daughters prom gown. She suggested it to me for my wedding gown due to a wonderful experience. When visiting Reflections I recieved wonderful customer service from Judy and had an large selection to choose from.
