The one star review is for a HVAC company of a similar name, and NOT for Excel Steel Works, LLC. However, regardless of how many times I I have reached out to YP, they will not correct the issue.
Excel Steel Works LLC is a fantastic custom sheet metal company!!

heat pump was bought in Aug, installed right under the gutter system, so of course in the winter ice dams fell right into the compressor causing ice buildup as well as icicles that the fan hit when it turned on. I called someone out late one night to look at it (the fan blades were hitting icicles, instead of taking a screwdriver or wire of some sort to knock the icicles off, he produced a torch and started to use it to melt the icicles...Only problem is that in the process, he burned 3 brown marks in the top shroud (which is white) and melted the rubber coating over the wire protection layer that is on top of the unit. I was made to fee like I was an alarmist when I had them move it 3 fet out from under the gutter (not by the guys who moved it, they ALL agreed it should have never been there in the first place. I have asked twice for them to come replace the wire grate which has the rubber coating burned off (so it will rust) and to have the shroud with the burn marks replaced, this has been about 3 weeks and still no replacement. my patience is wearing thin on this issue. The unit in question is in dayton, Va.

Once the problem is fixed, I will rate at a higher level, but I canot in good conscience put a higher rating
