DONT MOVE IN HERE. They say the carpet is new when you move in and then hear from the residents that it was just cleaned. If you dont get home by 5:00 then good luck getting a parking spot. This place is all about making money. I moved out recently, turned in notice and paid all rent. I got a bill saying I owe them money ontop of keeping my $375 deposit. In September they were jackhammering the concrete a couple feet from my truck. They scratched the tailgate all up and the girls in the office came an took pictures. After I moved out and got my bill I took the estimate for the scratches to their office. The company denied it. I filed a complaint with the BBB that is still active. At first the company admitted doing it, then later denied it. This management at this complex is horrible. Do not get suckered into this place. Indian Footprints in Harrison is cheaper and a lot better management.
