Beware of R&W Pools!

Just wanted to spread the word in case there's someone out there contemplating doing business with this company. Don't do it! They're crooks. Linda Bommer, the owner, took my money for a new safety pool cover and has not delivered. They/She won't answer calls, emails or texts. I've since come to find out I'm not their first victim. They've done the same to many others. Hamilton County Police report that I'm the third person to file a complaint. Spread the word to anyone with a pool. Stay away from R&W! Let's get them out of business.

RED FLAG!!!!!!! I sent this company a check for a pool heater 5 weeks ago. They cashed the check but never installed a heater. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls. I checked with the manufacturers rep for the heater company and he cannot locate an order for a heater with any dealer. The company will not return his calls either. They have a BBB rating of F.
