They have handled my investment properties for 11 years now including when I was stationed out of state, and I'm quite happy with how they've been handled.

During the flooding of 2013, which led to a lot of repairs being needed at more than one of my properties, they took control and quickly handled getting everything set up with insurance, dispatched, and followed up on, to keep my tenants happy and my investments in good condition.

I also appreciate that they do a thorough screening of their tenants before allowing move ins. The tenants they placed into a unit of mine 10 years ago is still living there and has kept my unit in great condition, which is easy to monitor with the yearly inspections that they complete with full documentation of the properties current state.

I rented from them for the past 3 years and they are great. Handled all maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Look elsewhere if you need a pro to handle your HOA. They claim to be IT experts but were unable to successfully execute a simple mail merge. They don’t listen to their clients, they create more problems for me than other property managers (I’ve dealt with 5 different companies and they gave the worst service). Instead of listening to their client and solving problems, they deflect or ignore them.
