Very poor clerks as they are rude and add extra charges to bill. rented a chainsaw for a day and then called to see if we could have the next day also. Told to keep it but have back Mon before 9 am. returned at 7:30 am when they opened. It looks like we were charged 2 equip waiver fee for the saw and a late charge for the saw even though it was returned 1 and 1/2 hours before 9 am. The deposit refund for renting the saw never showed up on our credit card statement either which we called about and the clerk said she could not verify if we were given the refund until the next day. Sat Tina called and said the deposit was being refunded. A few minute late my got a text saying there was a charge for returning the saw late so she called Tina back. Tina was very rude and insinuated that we were lying about the return time and hung up on my wife. If the workers did not pick the saw up off the floor where clerk said to set it at 7:35a and not check it in until after 9 am that is on them. NEVER will go back or recommend this stor
e to anyone. Go to the Linglestown Hornungs for better service and and helpful personnel.

All products are great quality. Services include key making, paint mixing, project advice, and sales of just about anything you may need to get the project done. They also sell used items in the front of the shop. The only advice I have about the electronics from the front sale, is be sure to test them before you buy them, since most of the items come from abadoned storage units owned by the hornung family (who own several true values shhops in the area).

Stay clear of used items Hornung sells. They are probably defective items they don't want to return for refurbishing. We bought a used microwave advertised "for sale" and the product was defective. Looked new.
