I tracked a package that was incorrectly addressed to me. As soon as I recognize the error I used the UPS automated phone service to reach Harrington's location. I was told someone would call me and they did within a few minutes. They tracked my package, had it rerouted, and it was here within the hour!

Lazy people working here, drivers need to do better job. The only good they have is returning packages because they are too lazy to look for the right adresses
