"Out of stock radio" "parts on back order" those would be the worst words to hear when you want something, right, but when it comes to sound fx, if you could only hear the way they call their suppliers, and the manufacturers, and even start searching competitors shops on the web to locate what you need and get it in for their customers asap, only then will you understand what treating customers the way you want to be treated means. This family owned business is the best for treating customers with respect and making sure they are more than satisfied. They have now installed a radio and backup camera for me on a second vehicle and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy even after complications (not on their part but on my cars part lol) Sound fx is full of amazing people from owners to the staff, I couldn't possibly thank them enough!!!

I had a 10am appt this morning for tinted windows. I arrived at 953am and was told store was still closed (even though doors were already open). A gentleman walked in 1 minute after and then the big guy in charge proceeded to take care of the other client. I told him that I had an appt and then he said the other gentleman also had a 10am appt and to work it out w him. I told him that he needed to refer to his appt book and he said the young lady in charge of booking apps was not there yet.. This man in charge of store proceeded to complaint about having only 1 window tinter and he was always late. I decided to just wait outside until the store was officially open. As I went back in the store they proceeded to take care of the other customer. I spoke to the other client who happen to be a nice man and he indicated that he didn't mind going after me and he understood the mix up w the appointments as he knows the lady who sets up apps and she's always rushing. They did not care ....no one ever came to apologize for the mix up so I just left. they were rude and inconsiderate. I will never comeback to this place. I feel because Im a woman they could just walk over me. Well good luck w your business. I'll make sure to let others know about your horrible service.
