I love the family that owns this place and they are wonderful, but I must say I will not be going there any longer. They do not want dogs or puppies to as such in their store, I was made to feel purely awful when my puppy christened their new floor, i will not shop where their is no tolerance for a dog being a dog, and will stick to the pet food and supply places that have clean up stations and don't make you feel like your a criminal if your dog makes a mistake, its a pet supply store where a pet's are welcome, and there is no where to let your dog relieve themselves prior to entering the store. The floor they installed is not appropriate for a pet supply store where they are going to allow animals! Saddens me that I will no longer be supporting this family owned business but the way they made me feel on our last trip, it's not excusable to me. It's why I won't go to perk valley pet eatery any longer, unfortunately this attitude has made me have to support the chain businesses rather than the family owned businesses. If you make your customers feel like crap for their animals being animals , it just makes me shake my head in disbelief, I will not be returning or supporting this business any longer. Sucks because I really like the family.

I purchased some dog treats that was the wrong size. I opened it up and when I gave my dog too, before I realize she wouldn't eat it because they were too big even when I broke it up. When I called Bark Avenue they said no way I couldn't even exchange it for a smaller one because it's only $5.99 treat. I know it's only $6 but it's the principle. And they remember me there also I was talking to them about purchasing some stuff for the holidays. I will probably not go back unless I absolutely absolutely have to for something if I can't find it someplace else. Not the greatest business people. I know the other dog food stores would exchange it without a problem. I found a dog store that will order it for me. So I'm waiting for them to get it in and I'm going to purchase it from the store instead.

They are wouderful there!!! They helped me find a great dog food to help with my dogs skin allegys and he hasn't itch since!!! They are very educated about their pet foods. Thank you so much we will be back again!!!!
