I am reposting a Google review I had posted previously because I believe everyone should know just how terrible this company is. And because the "response from the owner" lied saying they had responded to other posts of mine when I had only posted that one review.



Military beware! Your furniture won't survive delivery much less a PCS. They were more than eager to sell us $2500 worth of furniture plus a $139 delivery fee but weeks later when our purchase was delivered half of our pieces were broken. So we called the customer service number to have our furniture replaced. We will have waited 76 days for it all. They reimbursed $50 from the $139 delivery fee. Let's talk about quality. The furniture is press board. I never even thought to check that because after 9 PCS moves we know press board does not last but no piece we own that costs $1000 has ever had press board. In conclusion, if you need furniture don't waste your money here. Just set that cash on fire.

The salesperson made promises that they didn't keep. The salesperson lied. I try to contact him and he never returned my call. I called customer service and to them I had a problem with the delivery. The customer service told me that they contract the deliveries out so they are not responsible. The left trash over the front lawn and the old mattress on the front lawn which in the contract they were suppose to pick up. The are also ex-offenders that delivered the funiture. The store called and gave us a delivery time from 8:00 in the morning to 10 at night where at anytime they would deliver the furniture A 14 hour window. The sales person said the would call a day before with a 4 hour widow, he lied about that also.
