Not Urgent Care

This place should not be named Urgent Care. It should be named sit down and wait and die. Waited 3rd for a simple drug test and guess what I am still waiting. This place is the worst of the worst. The staff has a I don't give a f*** attitude

Will never come here again

Didnt get past a phone call.......

Non insured beware, when I asked how much just to walk in the door I was quoted by the front desk $230.00, when I said excuse me she said oh it can get up to $400 or higher. I don't about you but I don't keep that in my pocket.

friendly staff good experience

After my daughters doctors office (childrens clinic harker heights) sent me away saying they dont have any appointments for the day when they had 2 people in the waiting room and my daughter had fever and an ear infection I came here. Staff and physician we saw were very friendly especially the lady at the front desk. We were helped not like at the doctors office! Now I will look for a pediatrician that actually cares about their patients!

Idiots!!!!!

Brought my son there today because he was up all night vomitting with fever. It cost me $100 and 2 hour wait for the "doctor" who wasn't even a doctor to give him allergy medicine. I argued with him telling him that the ONLY reason he was vomitting was because of his fever. He wouldn't listen. He said "oh its probably just a 24 hour virus" and then went right back to blaming the vomitting on allergies. Needless.to say my son is in worse condition now than he was before. Constant er and vomitting. Miserable. I don't have a lot of money so it devastating to blow money to now have try to bring him to a REAL doctor and to have my son miserable for at least another day.

Quick times, caring staff

I hate the ER do this was the answer as I've gone to Seaton and hated it and don't care for Scott & White. Grateful to Dr.Swain, he put my daughter at ease, made us feel like family and the wait times were quick. Loved the money & time I saved. Thank you Freedom- you just gained a new fan.

Wow

Wait times were horrendous. But I can excuse that, to an extent. There were no apologies and the staff was considerably rude. Be sure to stop by the Scott and White Urgent Care up the road and not here.

OMG. I've never dealt with suc...

OMG. I've never dealt with such a non-caring doctor before. Okay, maybe once or twice, but this was pretty bad! The wait time wasn't that long, but they had this contractor guy talking about how they were gonna renovate, he was walking around with the manager, and he was all stinky, in the waiting room! Well I got an RN in training to be a PA. Then a PA saw me. Hello, I went to see the doctor? I had a horrible pain in my arm, like a pulled ligament or something, the took xrays, and said oh you dont have a broken bone ma'am, you are free to go! Huh, who said anything about a broken bone? Okay, so I was diagnosed with a bruise, and was told to ice and heat as needed, and take naproxen. Hmmm. I ended up having a torn ligament, found out after I went to my PCM. Wow, don't go here!

Wonderful staff and fast turn ...

Wonderful staff and fast turn around! Much better than going to Drs. Express or the ER!! Cheaper too. We have enjoyed being able to use Freedom Urgent Care for our family of 7. As a busy mom I can't imagine going anywhere else!!

Professional staff, front desk...

Professional staff, front desk very friendly. Went because my daughter had high fever. Kind and caring, much more friendly and relaxed than in the ER. We were seen and on our way home in less than 1 hour
