When I was younger my family lived here for 7 years and it was nothing but problems!! too much drama everyone wants to know about everyone! Our house got broken into 3 times, our friend her house got broken into 2 times and the windows in both her vehicles got broken, the maintence will NOT fix anything and when they do they rig it to work only for a little while. We had a gas leak and they refused to fix it we had to use a skillet to cook anything, they are cheap but its not worth putting your family in that kind of situation! The rent is cheap but there mobile homes are so very badly incilated that you will be paying a arm and a leg for the electricity bills and they get worse during the summer one month electric bill was 700$ and it was still hot inside the house! If you have any other choice its best to NEVER even try to move in there it is nothing but problems!!!.. Hope this helps someone save themselves from alot of trouble.

we lived here and the management was nice, and prices were good... The neighborhood wasn't great, and we got broken into a couple times. Honestly we lived on one side of the park and we had No problems other than rats, but on the nicer side, we got robbed.... this wouldn't be a first choice location!
