I took my puppy in for a wash on today, and I didn't have an appointment. The staff was very professional and kind. I ask, if her nails could be clipped really low, they met my needs. Great job!!!



Will take her again!

I had been going for about four n a half years...two toy poodles.. my boy poodle is spoiled..however I kept going back..it was close to my house so that was OK too...but I'd really gotten tired of hearing he's bad..it's like getting a bad report fro child..I was happy too that on late work days they understood...but thus last cut..didn't look like a cut...so Itook one pup back at a time.but when theirs time to come back..he called to reschedule...then when I call for redo..he had the nerve to call back.questioning What took me so long..u started to go back anyway because of he last shabby job.. but I'm done..needs more professionalism... just a whole new look and atmosphere.. post prices..give printed pick up notices...have Polish....bandanas.. clothes in shop to make people wanna come back n tell others..our dogs are like our kids..the grooming atmosphere can be better.. but it has time start with groomer...the young lady is gone...change look n have people around to help in facility instead of just sitting n gossiping about personal stuff..or wait til customer leaves..it was okay.. But I'm done..hope they get it together

That's so sad,the groomer(Anika) moved to Stillhouse in Harker Heights.I'm a satisfied customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The good reviews are from when he had a real groomer on site, but she quit and the owner is trying to learn to cut dogs hair. These people are the worst. They ruined our dog for Christmas. They said they knew how to cut our dogs hair. It looks like he cut it with dull kindergarten scissors or a weed wacker. He hung up on my wife when we tried to complain, and refused to talk to us when we went to his shop. He refuses to even acknowledge the horrible cut and will not give a refund. He does not like people "disrespectin" his work and asked us to leave. No refund was given. He was a jerk, and his work looks like a 2 year old tried and failed.

My dog is 7 yo. The owner/manager tried to tell me to come in on a less busier day. So I asked "so your saying I should schedule her Appt 3 mths in advance in order to have her time?" basically what he said is the more time he spends on her the less he has for other dogs. I told him that PetCo never had issues nor have they told us of any. He said they were open longer... I responded it only takes them 3 hrs. He kind of shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to debit the acct. NEVER AGAIN will I take her there!!

Extremely nice and friendly to pets and their families! Would highly recommend them to anyone with pets. The have everything in one building too! Groomers, pet store, boarding house, and vet all one buidling!!

I've been to quite a few groomers in the area. Aztec has by far the best prices and the groomers are so caring. I have a senior dog and I'm really overprotective of her. They never keep her very long and she always looks and smells great. Sometimes I get there early to pick her up. I always see the them loving on her or giving her the treats I leave for her. The groomers are so caring and patient. I will never take my pets to anyone else.

I went in to get my pet groomed and the customer service was so bad there was unswept hair in a room not being used and the personal were dressed unprofessional with bandanas on their heads worn out shirts and throw away jeans. I walked out I am not letting them touch my animal

I took my puppy in as a walk in and they got her in and out witihin an hour! Not to mention they gave me lots of options to treat her! The staff was great! They were very friendly and attentive.
