We use a good pre-conditioning agent to break down the area soil and general spots for more thorough cleaning. Then an RX-20 (see picture at bottom of page) is used to thoroughly clean the whole area - it does much more than a traditional wand because of the 5 spray jets of water that rotate and thoroughly clean the area and then suck up virtually all excess moisture. Any spots left after the initial clean will get specialty spot removal treatment - it is very helpful if you know what caused the spots, so they can be treated effectively. A high velocity air mover will be used on the carpets throughout the time of service to promote faster drying.
