Provided by YP.comI have been a patient of the Dr that used to work here for years. Last week I walked in for an exam and was told that my doctor (Dr Forbes) had retired and the "new" doctor had taken over his patients.... (seemed strange because Dr Forbes was about 40) I was walked over to the Dr office and an appointment was made for me immediately...."wait a minute I haven't decided to stay yet". and the staff girl at the front didnt have any of my records.... ok now Im suspicious! I walked out and looked up my old Dr by name on the internet only to find HE DIDN"T RETIRE!!! He had moved into a new location. I really hate being lied too. Are they really so hard up for business that they have to decive people into shopping there? Will never go back no matter how good the sale on glasses.
