Mary S greeted us as we walked in, then showed us to the recliners and answered a couple questions my husband had. She is great at reading her customers and left us to try out and discuss each recliner. We made our choice and left happy only to turn around, go back in and order a second one!

Lazyboy was our third store of the day in the search for a sofa or loveseat that needed to fit through a door that was smaller in standard by height and width. We started at a furniture store across the street. I explained our situation to a sales person who told us to walk around the store and see if we saw anything that we liked and he would check on us. We liked several pieces but nothing that would fit in our space. We saw the salesman talking with colleagues but he never made his way to check on us. We went to our second store and sales people offered half hearted offers of hope that we were having a good day and that we were finding what we were looking for. Even though at least three sales people said the same tired lines. None of them offered to try and help us find what we were looking for. We said thank you upon leaving and went back to where we started except across the street. Stacy immediately walked up to us. Asked us what we were looking for and took out to the perfect love seat for our space. The transaction was simple and stress free. Stacy was personable and truly listened to what our needs were. A phenomenal experience after underwhelming competitors nearby. I would easily recommend Lazyboy over the competition. Specifically Stacy at Clackamas!

Salesperson very helpful. Showed me recliners. Answered all my questions. Allowed me to choose what I felt wanted and explained everything about recliner. Hope I like what I chose. I really liked it in store.

Pam met us soon after we got to the store. She walked us through and then allowed us to walk though on our own. We found two recliners we liked and arranged for those to become ours. The experience for us was very positive.

We've been buying furniture from La-Z-Boy for over 20 years. We love the quality. We have a sofa that has survived over 13 years of family movie nights, children's wrestling matches and many sleepovers. People still come to our house and ask if it's new. It's holding up so well. All of our La-Z-Boy furniture has exceeded our expectations. And the customer service is very good as well.
