Ok I don't like Best Buy to begin with because of customer service but what is up with disrespecting Santa in their commericals? STOP.

Wow what a terrible store for customer service. Ordered kitchen appliances from them, sent the wrong items it took over 2 wks to get my delivery. They would not accomidate me or my schedule after they send the wrong items twice. I took off work and adjusted my schedule. Should have cancelled the order right away.

I wish there was a zero star rating because that is what they deserve.I will never shop at any best buy or bestbuy online again. I bought a laptop online and then they cancelled my order for no reason. I spent over an hour on the phone with them. Then I bought one in the store and it had a hardware defect. I spent an hour on the phone with the "Geek Squad", my portable phone died after sitting on hold for that long. So I tried to return/exchange it to the store and they did not have any laptops they were willing to sell me for a comparable value. The person in charge "Corwina" was not a very professional manager and I am sure that it was a fake name as there was another girl with the name "Bert". Really, what a joke. I have a gift card I will never use, except maybe for fire starter. Don't ever shop here if you don't want to be jerked around.

If I'm looking for something in the audio/visual arena, I always come here first. I have boughten many things here over the years they have been open. I've checked out the competition (Circuit City) and do not like it (though my husband thinks they are fine). I think the service there is wonderful...I have not had any problem at getting help if I needed it. I might have to search someone out, but that is no problem...as I certainly wouldn't want to have someone "jumping on me" as soon as I am in the area (Circuit City used to do it as soon as you walked in the door - they no longer do this, thankfully).######My only complaint of Best Buy is that they sell no Macintosh computers and/or software. Get with the program guys...we may be a small group, but we are still a mighty one,.

Found everything but the audio tower to put together our home theatre system. Service is good but not great.
