Positives: good job with nails, provide free wine, nice and clean, no clutter, reasonable pricesImprovement needed: certain technicians don't do a very good job with waxing and should offer to perform manicures and pedicures at the same time with different technicians so that the client doesn't have to be there as longFor the summer months NEED to make appointment

The owners are very personable and go out of their way to make sure your experience is a GREAT one! All of the staff is wonderful at what they do. I won't go anywhere else.
