I think you will find that all of the staff, if added together, would have more years experience than most Bubbles salons or any salon as far as that goes. And the experience shows, they all know what they are doing and very professional about it too. Thanks Guys

Federal Law Breakers - My Worst Nigtmare

This store is not a Reputable Dealer. They are not part of Verizon. They sell verizon products and that is the extent of their ability. They actually break Federal Laws in their business practices. I have proof and plan on pursuing this to the fullest extent allowed by law.



YOU WILL LOVE WHAT THEY DID.



My boyfriend bought me a phone for x-mas since my phone had been acting up. He bought the phone from Atlantic Wireless in the Arundel Mills Mall. My contract was up in Dec and I was planning on buying a new one anyway. So on x-mas eve he gave me my new phone, which he says we can exchange for one I want we just have to go to the store now. What a nice thought, so we go over to White Marsh to look at phones to exchange since he wasn't sure what I would like. Well White Marsh informed us that the phone is not new, but a discontinued re-furbished phone. Not how Atlantic Wireless portrayed the phone. So they can't help us, because the Atlantic store is not a Verizon Store, they just are a dealer. So we have to take it back to them. So it is too late to try to think of going to Arundel Mills on x-mas eve and we were flying out for vacation early the day after x-mas not coming back until Jan 4th. On Jan 5th the boyfriend takes the phone back and says we don't want it, please return it and change the account back to the way it was. FYI - I am the only person on my acct, so no one has the authority to access my account, the store went against Federal Law and changed my account without my knowledge, approval or signature. I didn't know they access my account until later....



IT GETS BETTER......



Fast forward to Feb 10th, my phone screens are blue and I can not see anything. Calls still come in, but I can not see anything. I go over to White Marsh Mall, to the kiosk inside to get a new phone, YEAH!!! NOT!!!! As it turns out when that refurbished thing was returned and it shows returned on their computer, but the less than intelligent sales person who did the return of the phone did not, as he said he would, change my account back to what it was. This is when I find out that they accessed my actual account. So the sales guy at White Marsh tells me I can't get a new phone until 2010..... YIKES. I explain what happened. HOW in the world can just anyone change my account? As it turns out THEY CAN'T. They did, but they can not do this, it is AGAINST THE LAW....So... the super nice guy at White Marsh calls the Atlantic Wireless store in Hanover 410-796-8844 and is told they are too busy with customers he will have to call him back later. So we leave. The next day I call the store myself and talk to Kay who says he is the manager, what a joke. He says that the phone was returned but he has held it expecting us to return to get a new phone. He says that my husband, I'm not married, said that we would come back. Then Kay tells me I have to come to the store myself and get this corrected. I told him I was not driving 45 minutes to do what he can do over the phone. I told him that I already talked to Verizon Customer Service and he can call them and take care of everything over the phone. Kay says he will not, I say he can and he will. He says he will have someone else call me and then he HUNG UP on me. Kay is ignorant, rude, unprofessional, and un-ethical. I call Verizon myself to try to get this taken care of and they are dealing with that store. The problem should be taken care of by this evening. Nice, but I still am without a phone....





WATCH yourselves. Only go to actual Verizon Stores. Watch your accounts; you never know who is accessing them that should not be.

a good theatre to visit, preferrably on a weeknight, the weekends is a horrible time to go Arundel Mills in general because it's always so crowded, and you can NEVER find a place to park on the weekends, but sometimes late night movies are great to go to on the weekends cause there's usually less people seeing them, but a good movie theatre in general, very large, fantastic stadium seating, but the food prices are too high
