My insurance company was billed for "emergency and accident care", of which it was NEITHER! I have NO CLUE where they got this from unless it was fabricated by them so they could charge my insurance company at a higher rate which is what was suggested by them.

The cortisone treatment I got was extremely expensive and only lasted for three days!

I'm not going back there! I'll go elsewhere!
