I was impressed with the speed in which Diaz Carpet Cleaning was able to get out to my house and service my carpets. I enjoyed working with Carlos - he was very professional and friendly. The carpet cleaning detergent they use smells really nice, too. However, there were several pet stains that had been on the carpet since before I moved into the house. I paid extra to have them treated but barely a week later, the areas that had the stains were showing again. I called DCC back to ask them come out again but I got their voice mail and never received a return call. It's only been a few days, so I'm hoping to hear from them and that they don't just leave me hanging. I think if it hadn't been for the issue of the stains and lack of a return call, I'd be giving them Five Stars.
