Being a vet I'd never home to before , they squeezed me in quickly. I had an emergency with my cat and there was no hesitation , they got me in ASAP. Dr. Sease will sit with you and actually explain things where you can understand. It's not a rush in rush out kinda thing. The following week my cat was still having issues , meds were not working. Again I called and the got me in ASAP
