Went in to the shop today to purchase a new flavor juice. I live really close by and wanted to make this our (my wife and I) location. I waked in to see 3 customers and 3 attendants. One attendant looked at me as I walked in, but never said anything. I spoke a loud and said "How's everyone doing?". I didn't get a response, but the same gentleman continued to look at me. As I approached the counter, one young gentleman helping a police officer with his new system he got from a friend. Another gentleman with guages in his ears was helping the other customers (a couple). The same gentleman that basically stared me down as I walked in finally asked "What can we do for you?". I stated that I was looking for another flavor. The gentleman helping the officer, placed the book of flavors in front of me and told me to chose from the list. I proceeded to look through it. For another 8 minutes, I wasn't spoken to again. Not a word of advise on flavors, not a question of what do I like or what am I using at the present time to vape. Now, these are the questions I would expect from a new business in our neighborhood, because you're wanting to get more customers to return. Actually, I had to state that I was ready to chose a flavor from the list and that's about it. I tested the flavor I asked for and stated that I wanted that one - truly i'm not sure why I waited so long, nor why I even purchased the juice. The entire time I was in the location, I felt as if I was invisible and like I wasn't wanted. It felt like the same service you get from a McDonald's!



Now, I can't say that it was the fact that I was black - because that's always the excuse! But the fact is present, the experience lacked in customer service and doesn't merit my return. I've gone to vapor shops from San Diego to Atlanta and have been greeted with a welcome and advise. As they say, First impressions...



We will not be returning. We'll drive further for the customer service and spend our money there.
