My husband and I have cruised 14 times with Eagles Nest Vacation and Travel. Diane has been our travel agent for over 10 years and has always been very thorough and attentive with our travel plans. She always goes out of her way to make sure we have the best possible time. For example, when we travel during our birthdays or wedding anniversary she will surprise of with special gifts that are left in our cabin. I work for the airlines but would not for a minute think of using an interline company as it is so impersonal and you have to wait so long to book your cruise. Diane provides all the little touches that make a vacation so much more enjoyable.

We have used Diane with Eagle's Nest Vacation and Travel for our last seven cruises. We also have four future cruises booked through her. Her service and friendliness are far superior to any other agency that we have ever used. And she goes WAY beyond what the internet travel agencies provide for the same price.
