I really don't know how to rate this store. I purchased a sink and when my plumber went to install it, it was damaged and the store did not have another. I went to the store and bought a different sink and brought it home. When the plumber opened the box it contained a very badly damaged used sink. Someone had evidently put their old sink in the box and returned it for credit. All this is going on while my plumber is charging $95.00 an hour to wait. I called the store and one of the managers brought a new sink to my house, When I went to the store to return the first damaged sink, I was given a credit for half the price of the new one. Lowe's did their best to make it right, but the sink that had been returned for credit should have been examined before it was put back our for sale.4/11/09 I can't believe it happened again. I bought a ceiling fan and when my electrician went to install it, one of the parts had been replaced with a damaged part.

I have had terrible experiences with this store and I continue to have problems with them every time I shop there. If there was a closer Lowe's I would never visit this store. They are some of the rudest and most inconsiderate people I've ever seen, and finding help at this location is impossible. You can't get help loading your purchases either, even when you've just spent a few thousand dollars in their store. I haven't even bothered to complain to the senior management as it seems pointless-someone from their corporate office or an outside company needs to perform a customer service audit on the folks, it's unbelievable!

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. AFTER loading 6 bundles of shingles onto my cart myself the cashier told me that they would have had someone load it for me but I would have been charged. Since when are pople charged for that?!? Also, shingles were under a price tag of 11.95 per bundle but were actually 13.95 per bundle! Then the guy who so graciously loaded them onto my pickup THREW them into the truck damaging three of the bundles. Just because I am a woman does not mean that I am STUPID! I will not recommend this Lowe's to anyone.
