Recently purchased a new RV from Rene at KMRV and was very pleased with the service, I'm from out of town and even over the phone it was an easy transaction they had it ready when I got there just like they said, competitive prices and good people to deal with!

Awesome every step of the process Lara Ben and and Rene can't thank them enough they know how to make dreams come true real people.No smoke and mirrors here we shopped around from Lafayette to Baton Rouge and promise you nobody comes close honest helpful good people that care EXCELLENT !!! Feel like they are part of our family now , lol thank y'all from the bottom of our hearts.

Kent Mitchell is in Hammond off I 55 service rd. They have Great Prices and Great guys in Service I would tell everyone to go there. If you want to deal with people who care this is your place

Great dealership. The comments here are indicative of stupid people that were unfortunately potential customers for this outstanding company. I have a friend that did business with Kent Mitchell and was very well served from the first visit. This place has a very well educated staff regarding the product line. Yes, you do have to pay for the RV. Yes, the Kent Mitchell Co. is not going to donate their business to people because the customer is stupid. If you were a customer that was truly not just whining or plain stupid, you would seek one of many venues available to make yourself whole i.e. civil, criminal, upstream manufacturer contact, ETC. In closing, I finally retired and am going first up to Kent Mitchell to get my second Travel Trailer on Friday 01-02-2015 and will post the results. I am not affiliated either with this company but have candidly watched others interact as customers and have decided they are reputable.

These people were very helpful when we were turned down by Berryland RV for service on a camper we bought from them, Kent Mitchell stepped up and welcomed us with open arms, and did everything they could to help us. Their prices are so much better than those larger stores and there's no pressure to buy now. We will be buying oyur next camper there in the near future.

Great sales experience, Wayne was honest and upfront. I recommend all my friends and family to him and will be back for my next rv purchase with him.

We purchased a Voltage 3605 from Ben at KMRV yesterday and had an excellent experience. Rene was also wonderful to deal with. We take possession of the unit later this week and I sincerely hope this level of service can be expected to continue.
